What entails a Lake Travis marina?

Finding a boat slip for rent, especially near West Lake Hills with so many recreational choices, can be a bit daunting. Here’s a little about what sets Lake Travis apart.

Lake Travis is home to Hippie Hollow, the only sanctioned public “nude beach” in Texas. Here you’ll find Devil’s Cove and Starnes Island, party destinations that draw thousands and thousands of students out from the University of Texas at Austin and surrounding colleges, as they flock during the hot summer days. Our lake is also home to the aforementioned Pirate Dock Party, an annual event that involves dressing up as a real pirate and shooting off a real pirate cannon into the lake.

This is your lake, West Lake Hills. We look forward to making you feel right at home.

What Our Customers Say

"This is the best marina on Lake Travis. The owner really works hard on keeping it in great shape and is very focused on the tenants concerns. The manager and staff are super cool and go above and beyond all the time. It has a nice ship store with gas pumps. The Shack 512 restaurant is the best on the lake. However the tenants are the best part of this marina. I love keeping my boat here, it's like going to a resort."

"Love the merch! Great store and looks like a good place to get on the Lake with their rentals. Friendly, attentive staff and located right next to Shack 512...coming back for some fun in the sun!"

Xenia Hoover

"Very impressed with management and customer service at both Marina and Shack 512. So much that a slip came up before our lease at another marina was up but we jumped! Looking forward to joining the neighborhood in July."
