What entails a Lake Travis marina?
Finding a boat slip for rent, especially near Leander with so many recreational choices, can be a bit daunting. Here’s a little about what sets Lake Travis apart.
Lake Travis is home to Hippie Hollow, the only sanctioned public “nude beach” in Texas. Here you’ll find Devil’s Cove and Starnes Island, party destinations that draw thousands and thousands of students out from the University of Texas at Austin and surrounding colleges, as they flock during the hot summer days. Our lake is also home to the aforementioned Pirate Dock Party, an annual event that involves dressing up as a real pirate and shooting off a real pirate cannon into the lake.
This is your lake, Leander. We look forward to making you feel right at home.
